Compare the2024 McLaren 750SVS 2024 Bugatti Chiron

The McLaren 750S has standard driver and front passenger side knee airbags mounted low on the dashboard. These airbags helps prevent the driver and front passenger from sliding under their seatbelts or the main frontal airbags; this keeps them better positioned during a collision for maximum protection. Knee airbags also help keep the legs from striking the dashboard, preventing knee and leg injuries in the case of a serious frontal collision. The Chiron doesn’t offer knee airbags.

Both the 750S and the Chiron have standard driver and passenger frontal airbags, front side-impact airbags, four-wheel antilock brakes, traction control, electronic stability systems to prevent skidding, rearview cameras and available around view monitors.

In heavy traffic or at stoplights the 750S’ engine automatically turns off when the vehicle is stopped, saving fuel and reducing pollution. The engine is automatically restarted when the driver gets ready to move again. If the conditions warrant or the driver wishes, the system can be manually disabled at any time for the duration of a trip. The Chiron doesn’t offer an automatic engine start/stop system.

For better maneuverability, the 750S’ turning circle is 9.1 feet tighter than the Chiron’s (40.7 feet vs. 49.8 feet).

The McLaren 750S may be more efficient, handle and accelerate better because it weighs about 1150 to 1250 pounds less than the Bugatti Chiron.

The 750S’ standard power retractable hardtop allows a seamless transition from an open car, to a completely sealed coupe. The Chiron doesn’t offer a retractable hardtop.

The 750S has a much larger trunk than the Chiron (12.7 vs. 2 cubic feet).

The 750S’ rain-sensitive wipers adjust their speed and turn on and off automatically based on the amount of rainfall on the windshield. This allows the driver to concentrate on driving without constantly adjusting the wipers. The Chiron’s

The 750S’ standard dual zone air conditioning allows the driver and front passenger to choose two completely different temperatures so people with different temperature preferences won’t have to compromise. This makes both the driver and front passenger as comfortable as possible. The Chiron doesn’t offer dual zone air conditioning.

Standard smartphone integration for the 750S allows the driver and passengers access to select programs on their smartphones, including reading text messages aloud, playing internet radio stations and other connected activities without taking their eyes off the road or their hands from the wheel. The Chiron doesn’t offer factory integrated smartphone program access.

The McLaren 750S comes in coupe and convertible bodystyles; the Bugatti Chiron isn’t available as a convertible.
