Compare the2024 McLaren GT VS 2023 Aston Martin DB11

Both the McLaren GT and the DB11 have standard driver and passenger frontal airbags, front side-impact airbags, driver and front passenger knee airbags, front seatbelt pretensioners, four-wheel antilock brakes, traction control, electronic stability systems to prevent skidding, daytime running lights and rearview cameras.

McLaren pays for scheduled maintenance on the McLaren GT for 3 years and unlimited miles. McLaren will pay for oil changes, air filter replacements, cabin filter replacement, brake fluid replacement, inspections, and any other required maintenance. Aston Martin doesn’t pay scheduled maintenance for the DB11.

The McLaren GT’s 225/35R20 front and 295/30R21 rear tires provide better handling because they have a lower 35 series front and 30 series rear profile (height to width ratio) that provides a stiffer sidewall than the DB11’s standard 40 series front and 35 series rear tires.

For better ride, handling and brake cooling the McLaren GT has standard 21-inch rear wheels. Only 20-inch wheels are available on the DB11.

The McLaren GT has a standard automatic front and rear load leveling suspension to keep ride height level with a heavy load or when towing. The DB11 doesn’t offer a load leveling suspension.

The McLaren GT handles at 1.01 G’s, while the DB11 pulls only .94 G’s of cornering force in a Car and Driver skidpad test.

The McLaren GT may be more efficient, handle and accelerate better because it weighs about 500 to 750 pounds less than the Aston Martin DB11.

The McLaren GT has a much larger trunk than the DB11 (20.2 vs. 9.9 cubic feet).

A standard locking glovebox keeps your small valuables safer in the McLaren GT. The DB11 doesn’t offer locking storage for small valuables.

To make loading and unloading groceries and cargo easier, especially for short adults, the McLaren GT offers an optional power liftgate, which opens and closes automatically by pressing a button. The DB11 doesn’t offer a power trunk.
